Try not to make your brain tired. To do this, you should first of all learn to listen to your body, calculate your possibilities and not overload your psyche. If it so happens that now you are going through difficult times, how can you give your brain a rest? Just try to do ordinary things differently: notice the changes around you - try to take note of things you haven't seen before (flowers, trees, sky); realise simple actions with your non-leading hand (buttoning a button, holding cutlery, etc.); change familiar routes.
