Today is the last day of the Carnival week. that's why I'm sharing my recipe for thin pancakes. I discovered pancake flour a long time ago and use only it, and add all the ingredients by eye. mix a liter of warm milk, two or three eggs, a tablespoon of vegetable oil and flour. add the flour to the consistency of thick sour cream. fry on both sides in a well-heated frying pan with low sides.
