Man crypto has really trained me to not trust any links and to triple check everything. Basic sites like Uniswap, OpenSea, Metamask I find myself checking if it's the real thing so many times despite the fact I've used the links hundreds of times before. Anyone else this paranoid or just me?

Yes but I actually think it’s a good think, the scams are only going to get worse.
