Isn't it clear yet that vaccines don't prevent infection or transmission? Both vaccinated and unvaccinated folks can catch and spread the virus. The vaccine just temporarily eases symptoms. A vaccinated person feeling fine out and about might spread the virus more than an unvaccinated person who's sick and staying home.
