this one’s gonna sting some people: the more emotional you are right now, the more likely you are to be overexposed in crypto. the latter is bad because it brings on the former, which destroys your ability to make good decisions, and you should want to be able to make good decisions (in crypto and outside!) if this is you, try holding more stables - you’ll sleep better at night and maybe this will help you in the next leg

In our market, as previously noted, it's common for the seller to cover the owner's title policy costs. On the other hand, buyers are responsible for the lender's policy as it's tied to their borrowing expenses.
