Excellent question. “Why onchain?” - Operational efficiency - use the blockchain as your backend - Built-in identity, computation, value attribution - Profit motive - crypto makes money! - Interoperability and composability So many advantages to building your app onchain that go beyond simple payments

Why use Venmo over a wire or ACH? Obviously because there are clear advantages - speed, ease of use, & transparency. Do, what are the advantages of using blockchain tech over Venmo, etc? Permissionless, censorship resistant, true transparency from the chain. It doesn’t matter if users “see” the tech…
