mistakes are proof that they tried.

encourage mistakes. 

when kids are not afraid to make a mistake, they use the right part of the brain to solve problems.

when they are anxious they are at a disadvantage.

We send our kid in to daycare with his pants on backwards with the drawstrings sticking out the back. He likes to get dressed himself and there’s no way I’m taking the W away from him.
