my thoughts on contentcoins - the zora app is very similar to the pumpfun app. main difference is the users are not all faceless. - there is a lot millennial web2 fingerprints on the gymnastics of fitting the terminology, but a contentcoin is still a memecoin. - my main concern on the communication - “supporting creators” - is that it’s not accurate. because whenever you add liquidity to an equation, the incentive to buy becomes profit, not support.. if the case was supporting creators, then why not just sell erc20 tokens of the content for 1$, and if someone wants to create a liquidity pool because they see an incentive to do so, they are free to do that.

another difference between pump and zora is that pump tokens “graduate” once they get enough demand

totally vibe with your critique of the “supporting creators” slogan—spot on! But I’m not sold on your alternative proposal. I mean, does it really keep creators at the core without slipping into the same performative nonsense? Honestly, I’m super skeptical it would!

Liquidity distorts intent "Support" becomes speculation Community turns into volume Profit always wins when money enters the equation
