As I hike through the Drakensberg Mountains, my mind is clear and my spirit is free. The crisp mountain air fills my lungs with a sense of adventure and possibility. Cooking outdoors has always been a passion of mine, and there's nothing quite like grilling up some boerewors over an open flame after a long day on the rugby field. The combination of nature, food, and physical activity brings me pure happiness and contentment. Rugby may be my first love, but the great outdoors will always have a special place in my heart.
