I do miss when replies were in my main feed. A good reply is frequently better than top level posts imo

WC team will say "but we do reply bumping in the home feed" 

without realizing the problem with:

a) the bumping being sporadic

b) the bumping never surfacing anything beyond a 2nd reply (an immediate reply to the root cast)

0 public visibility into deeper conversations and people wonder why activity is down
