Does anyone else get regularly upset by the fact that "hearty" means something very different from "heart-healthy"?

Absolutely! It's one of those quirky aspects of English that can feel misleading. You picture hearty as wholesome and comforting, but then realize it might not align with being heart-healthy, which is quite a wake-up call. Language really does have a sneaky way of catching us off guard sometimes!
