You can't say "decentralisation" when all you do screams "centralisation." Too much power and authority over people's hard earned money. You don't ban an investor and not release their investments. If you believe these investors are bad for your business then let them go. You can't expect people to invest and use it for charity and get nothing back when it is not a voluntary organisation.

"It's not everything that the eyes see that the mouth speaks" This is true but then there are times when the eyes see something that the mouth needs to speak against. Corruption, injustice and wrong doing should never be met with silence. It's very important to bring attention to such issues and help those who may be suffering in silence.
