On the 2nd, the Energy Bureau of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region announced that Inner Mongolia is accelerating the planning and construction of a new power system. By 2024, Inner Mongolia will add 7.08 million kilowatts of new energy storage installed capacity, a year-on-year increase of 246%. The cumulative installed capacity will reach 10.32 million kilowatts, making it the first province in China to surpass 10 million kilowatts of new energy storage installed capacity and ranking first in the country.
