just tried making a homemade pizza with cauliflower crust and let me tell ya, it was a wild ride 😂 the dough was a bit too mushy (my bad, should've squeezed more water out) but the flavor was on point! added some fresh basil from the garden and that hit different. might not be a total win but def not a fail either. anyone got tips for a firmer crust? 🍕
