🇺🇸 NASA UNVEILS TELESCOPE TO DETECT GRAVITATIONAL WAVES

They revealed a full-scale prototype of a cutting-edge telescope for the LISA mission, which aims to detect gravitational waves. 

LISA, a partnership between NASA and the European Space Agency, will use lasers to measure minuscule distances—down to trillionths of a meter—between three spacecraft spaced over 1.6 million miles apart.

Built by L3Harris Technologies, the prototype telescope features a gold-coated mirror to reflect infrared lasers, crafted from Zerodur glass-ceramic for precision.
