It's generally accepted today that education is a largely meaningless prerequisite for getting a job, as education level doesn't strongly correlate with an individual's productive capacity. Whether or not your educational background is from a prestigious institution, your resume should, above all, demonstrate two very basic things; your skills & your productive capacity. Employers simply want to know your productive capacity, and based on your skills, whether it can be applied to their business.
