I really struggle with my attention span especially when it comes to academic stuff. I’ve found that reading with music helps me limit the distractions to just one thing. I don’t know if that makes sense? What tricks do you guys use to stay focused?😔

I’m not reading these days and I have been getting away with it lately Honestly meed something for that attention span because studying isn’t interesting anymore
