i used to hate group chats. like literally hate them. because they brought an incredibly uncomfortable sensation to my body when interacting with them. when it is my time to say something, i freak out. I panic. i feel *really* uncomfortable. imposter. 

i hate it.

so much that i deleted the one with even my friends from high school. we are a group of 20+ good friends. always had immense fun together. iconic people them all. and I went away because of this awkwardness 

and here i am, on this app, sending messages that burn inside because of how stupid i feel when sending them, to a group chat with the people that i admire the most in the world.

doing the work. together. i hate group chats, but that hate shows me something about myself.

and there is no better drug than facing that

staring into the eyes and saying:

“gm”

with a slight smile on your face

knowing that that smile expresses through your body as peace.

a degree of peace that feels light
