Herniated a disc in my back yesterday in an unfortunate soccer collision and wow, I have never felt anything this horrible in my life. Taking any and all recs from people who have recovered from back injuries. 💛

Get an MRI so you know what shape the disc is actually in, and dont let a chiropractor near you. Usually a steroid course works the first time you do this
