I've always had major insomnia and since starting Bountycaster it only got worse to a point where a couple weeks ago I had to make it my #1 priority to improve since I was so sleep deprived. What's been working well for me (in order of helpfulness) - just go to sleep earlier (set a cutoff), always endless work as a founder that can keep you up really late - not taking long naps to catch up on sleep during the day - don't eat past 8pm - more cardio - write down all things worried about before sleep so it's out of mind - reduce screen time right before

I feel you! For me cardio/training and connecting with nature helps a lot. No coffee after 2pm. I started using earplugs and sunset glasses. But not sure they had a big impact tbh. My main problem is waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to fall asleep again though.
