The least you expect from traditional restaurants in any city is that they don’t serve tea or drinks in disposable cups, or give you factory-made yogurt and doogh. But it seems like the definition of a traditional restaurant is just hanging a few old pots and pans on the wall and playing Shajarian. And the menu? It’s the same as the restaurants in Tehran
