non related to the dashboard but i was playing around with flows, and this came to mind: - grantees overview: i wanted to see a list of grantees per flow + a list of approved flows per grantee to have an idea of what they're doing/earning - impact: i noticed several grantees with few updates and an impact score below 80. i would suggest automatically removing/challenging those when below the score - activity heath map: it's great to see an overview, but would love to see all contributions in a feed so i don't need to click on every square - overlaps: i noticed overlap across nouns reward/grant mechanisms (flows, rounds and amigos grants). this may be harder to track, but it seems the same work is being rewarded two, even three times. while i'm up for rewarding builders, it might lead to double-rewarding the same work constantly (responding here since i can't post on /flows ✌️)

agree on removing the nounish selfies flow it's nice to see selfies with noggles, but it falls into the low-effort bucket that, by rewarding, does more harm than good it's not a public good; it's not art and doesn't benefit anyone. it's a lifestyle. that's ok, but it sends the wrong message about building on Nouns btw, i loved the ui flow idea @pip very needed. it could be a way to have a dedicated decentralized Design team that might work across the org and benefit every prop in need of ux/ui

it would be interesting to have info on curators, too: # of curators, flows challenged, rewards, etc. a deeper analysis of how builders<>curators are connected based on their social graph/on-chain activity might help to have an overview and inform of possible collusion (if any) and prevent rugs from first-time grantees 1-month lock sounds reasonable. minimum staked could work, too, but it would make sense for salaries higher than X amount

nouns amigos prop (754) voting closes in less than 24 hrs, and it's unlikely to pass when i read noun40's article 'Continuous Auction Of NFTs Used To Monetize Public Goods' in July 2022, it helped shape my view of Nouns and my motivations behind Nouns Amigos and the Nouns Fair things have changed, and the daily auction isn't enough to monetize public goods. it seems the financial game is needed to make Nouns work, or we regroup and coordinate to do only one thing to survive and attract a new generation of bidders who want to see the experiment going. regardless, voters will still and should be critical of spending what should Nouns fund in the following months? tech? DeFi? art? PGs? {redacted}? i want to say thank you to all who have supported my and Lex's efforts to turn Nouns Amigos into a builders community from the ground up for almost 3 years and, most importantly, to the amigos community 🙏 this isn't a goodbye! only thoughts. i'm still here. the amigos will still be here. the amigos abide ✌️

re:nouns: i was very inspired by 40's article 'Continuos Auction of NFTs Used to Monetize Public Goods' in 2022. it helped shape my view of Nouns and how i wanted to contribute (public goods, doing good, community, art, etc.) i still think it's a valid thesis, but auctions were at +100 ETH a day back then. playing the financial game seems the only way to get back to it and still be able to play both games. or a new wave of buyers that don't mind to put money in as long as public goods funding keeps going https://noun40.mirror.xyz/D9UkttH3KPdTKXXzhY-ujFML4G1y0knnXodxzbCbfo8

i agree and think we are on the same page (need a better definition of “smaller funding”), but I'm afraid there's a growing need for the opposite and funding very few people to do massive things to get attention (maybe it's only a wrong perception)

buying $nouns and bidding in the auction are apposite actions, so it seems fair to achieve one or another. especially if we bet on wider exposure through $nouns getting exposure to anyone via $nouns sounds great and makes sense to me, but I'm not sure it’s also true funding at smaller amounts—why is it better funding 100x more at 100x smaller amounts?
