@df @stephancill feels like you have two directions to choose from: 1. Party Round token launch pad like echodotxyz. Here you need to give participants freedom to set their own parameters. The process is like a group of friends discussing on Telegram, then using smart contracts to write rules and launch tokens. 2. A social graph-based pump.fun. Exactly like what @jessepollak https://warpcast.com/jessepollak/0x822ad209 described here. Since non-FC accounts are excluded in the launching phase, Larry is fairer to retail than clankers. Maybe try both?Imho, due to the different social logic of these two products, the second type can reach a much larger scale of users.

@df @stephancill luck= timing, picking. during the token launch, I am in the trenches or sleeping? do i have a good taste in schitcoin picking? curation= cabal merit= sniper, whale. Technical or financial advantages. People hate cabals, envy snipers & whales. Through careful rule design, the objective should be to limit cabals, snipers, whales while creating a level playing field where everyone (aka. all FC accounts) has an equal chance to try their luck. Using neynar score to block potential users from participating in the launches will cause value to flow to the elite. Once retail recognize this pattern, they'll gravitate toward platforms without restrictions. It mirrors traditional finance where only the wealthy are qualified to invest in early-stage assets, retail were limited to public markets - eventually driving retail toward permissionless finance. Brother, permissionless is the reason we are here. plz allow users to choose whether to utilize neynar score information, rather than enforcing it.

@df @stephancill If you allow everyone with an FC account (which essentially represents a real or pseudonymous social identity) to participate in Larry's initial phase. The new scenario would look like this: Clanker: - Anonymous wallet addresses, snipers, FC accounts can all participate immediately. - No limits on purchase amounts. - Whales/ snipers have the opportunity to monopolize the market early and make an unfair launche. Larry: - Only FC accounts can participate in the initial rund. - Everyone has a maximum purchase cap, and get the same price. - Anonymous wallet addresses and snipers must buy on secondary, Whales have to accumulat on secondary. by allow retail to participate in the initial token distribution, excluding completely anonymous wallets and implementing purchase caps. larry is more fair and transparent. These rules function to protect Retail while putting limits on Whales. This creates legitimacy, people will choose the right dog to buy.

@df @stephancill Let's run through a hypothetical case. If there's a leak of @barmstrong's dog's name, Clanker, Larry, and Cabal will all launch tokens the same time. Cabal token lose legitimacy instent due to unfair initial distribution. retail won't buy them. The current situation is: Clanker dog, everyone has an equal opportunity to buy at launch. Larry dog, high-score users get to buy first, low-score users can only buy on the secondary market. This approach on Larry is essentially no different from VC distributing tokens to insider first before dumping on retail later. Due to the discrimination against low-score groups during the token launch phase, Larry dog lose legitimacy. Retail will only support the tokens with the highest legitimacy aka. fairest Initial distribution.

@rish sir, developers need to know the logic of the scoring system clearly so that they can judge how to use the system. Is it possible to consider designing two scoring systems, one focusing on sybil resistance and the other focusing on financial credit. The underlying design logic of the two should be different.

@df @stephancill @carlos, you should just let everybody with FC account play with the bot. you limit your customers to those approved by Neynar. the list updated only once a week, which means your potential customer base cannot grow during the week. New users coming from Solana will find themselves treated as second-class citizens and unable to participate. if i have to buy after the Neynar-VC round, I might as well go back to pump.fun for a fair game that i can participate at the beginning. And who knows when and how Neynar list will change? Will the change be good or bad for your product? this will only hurt growth. plz focus on providing a different experience from pump.fun. The social graph of FC account is the core of the different experience. Rather than letting Neynar dictate, just provide these info so people can make their own choices. imo,FC account is enough for bot filtering. this user group is already small enough. If you find pmf, let @dwr.eth solve the spam bot problem.
