the biggest mindset shift for me with the product we've been building is broadening the surface area from 'app' to 'app + feed' and then to the more general: 'experiences' 

we can't just "put swaps in a frame!" or "let people deploy tokens in a frame!" we've seen that done before

what kind of experiences we can create *around* swaps & other actions, using frame or app integration, that will be more compelling to users. 

what will create conversation, cause people to share frames, cause controversy, emotion?

this is also something that a client *can't* take from you 

its hard though, I'd image you'd have to treat these experiences as ephemeral - only a few will be stick enough to last a long time 

but thats okay, get better at building these experiences, give people good reason to interact with them, earn revenue & iterate 

thats the plan at least, we'll see where my assumptions are wrong
