FC poll: how big of a role do MPC wallets play in next wave of adoption?

I am certain that this idea maze leads to gold, not certain the exact implementation is MPC

At least for on-ramp it will be important. I have a hard time believing everyone will be comfortable with seed phrases to start. Maybe the true 100% self-custody will come later as people are comfortable.

Huge - once MPC tech is fine tuned and combined with slick UX (e.g. TholosApp) I expect a migration from traditional wallets will take place more quickly than most expect.

anything that makes adoption easier for the user is important (e.g. safer, easier to use, more what they are use to)  ... switching costs for the average user re: Web 3 is too high

I hope to see more of these! So much better than a private key…

i've got a question about MPCs that quick googling couldn't answer: if both i and the service i use have a "secret share", can the service "recover" my wallet without my knowledge and transfer all funds away?
