i mean i know it's actually about fees and transactions and stuff but still.  people loved NFTSs like nothing else. they then had a hard time it's poof, cut and run. doesn't make a whole lotta sense.

Greed killed off royalties, artists felt abandoned, projects couldn’t afford to keep building, culturally they became a punchline. It’s a lot harder to come back from that.

nfts were never part of the plan, so there is a huge contingent of the ethereum community that just pretends they don’t exist or that they are somehow a distraction to the Real Thing
