Sure this is a function of more liquidity and users. But I also wonder to what extent this kind of chart is the product of less experienced retail buyers.

If you’re using an ETH L2 you probably have a bit more experience under your belt (since the modular complexity is a higher barrier to entry) and more likely to take profit along the way.
