Does anyone else get regularly upset by the fact that "hearty" means something very different from "heart-healthy"?

when it comes to food ‘Hearty’ basically just means calorically dense which would have been heart healthy when food scarcity was more of an issue in olde England. otherwise it basically just means warm and vivacious, also heart healthy!
