would we still think sunsets are beautiful if they weren’t so short (scarcity principle)

If you appreciate the intrinsic beauty of the act, the sunsets and sun rises then yes. I would think so. The Mona Lisa doesn't stop being beautiful. 

And even being so short people don't appreciate this moments everyday as we should.

golden hour is my favorite time of day. 

I think I would appreciate living in a a perpetual golden hour state, which is why I want to go to Iceland to experience golden hours that can last up to 7 hours.

The regular ol sun is pretty damn beautiful if you don't stare too long 😎

mountains last a pretty long time and they kinda keep holding attention

I would still enjoy that as i do with sunny days but may be will be less excitement

It’s about the shades it casts on the sky, not the scarcity.

If they weren’t brief *or* uncommon, I think it’s likely we would not.
