The existential crisis is usually about how I *know* this technology can fix so many of societies biggest problems but non crypto people either hate blockchain or think itโ€™s a very funny joke.

why? the fact that I need to think about the 1000s of ways a criminal might misuse any well intended smart contract I deploy and land me in jail? why would anybody have a crisis because of that?
