i have 50,000 degen to tip today. i’ll award 5,000 DEGEN to whoever can suggest the best behavior to incentivize with my tips. an example that i’m trying to avoid is tipping people for minting design everydays. i’m trying to think of something with higher integrity. wyt?

Daily tips are hard to “use wisely” because there’s only so much “good” you can do in a day. My suggestion: carve out future tip allocation for longer-term behaviour. (Ie. half my tips for next week if you build a prototype of this design everyday)

50,000 might be a large enough grant to actually allow someone to build an app/dapp based on your idea. You could seed fund development with a couple days of tips 🙂

“Helpful” related to kind, but it’s “kind + action” that leads to a meaningful outcome, possible edification, I think you kinda nailed it today TBH, the brutal feedback can be seen as a kindness, but if it leads to an actual meaningful outcome—the. I say it’s a success

what’s been working well for us in /creator is incentivizing channel activity. this could be simply asking ppl to post ideas in your channel rather than on reply threads. also, incentivizing ppl to work with each other. building an inter-connected community is a way stronger signal that building a fandom, imo.

having a set of rules re: tipping is akin to having rules to donating. i, for one, think there isn’t wrong to incentivise promoting your own project. the highest “integrity” would just be tipping whomever makes you smile or change your mind about something.

You can continue to spread design awareness and utilize audience to: amplify message, teachable moments/mentorship, demystify design or whatever objective is. Reward quality engagement, poll or host themeatic contests that align align with interest and/or provide data, inspiration, spread awareness
