part of the virality was the sharing mechanic. massive credit to @jameskim for cleverly devising a way to persist the frame content and allow users to reshare their result.

AND the result maintained the frame action (roast me), which allowed other people to generate their roast after reading another.

we definitely expect (or hope, rather) to see this as a new trend for frames. it's a no-brainer growth hack.

@mattkim is a world-class prompt engineer.

the prompt for the frame was 4,000 characters, and include precise instruction and logic on what to look at, what to include, what to exclude, how to order things, etc.

i will never look at prompting the same way again.

the chain is an incredible way to know someone and develop an accurate first impression of someone.

my biggest conviction is that there is an insanely massive untapped design space in identity products.

we have enough infrastructure.
we have enough content.
we have enough activity.

to express ourselves onchain.

@mattkim @jameskim and i are having dinner on monday to high-five and celebrate.

i will be bringing my a-game salesmanship to persuade them to make more stuff like this together.

it was used and shared thousands of times. we're expecting 10k+ roasts. we didn't require a like/recast. there were no token rewards.

this, to me, is proof that social incentives can be just as powerful as financial incentives.

people want to express themselves as much as they want to be rich.
