I hit 7 reps on 120kg and dropped the weight. I knew i could go more, couple reasons why i probably didn’t go for 8; 1. I was thinking of my next heavier sets, started from 60k for 10 reps and went 10 reps for each until i got to 120kg. 2. This dude on my right just sitting and looking at me, i swear i could feel his eyes like he wanted the weight to fall.🤣 3. Didn’t call for a spotter earlier just incase. 4. I am a disgrace. 5. Didn’t put in much drive on my legs.

Reminder that when building yourself both physically, mentally, and spiritually, do it for you alone, not for anyone. Walking on the road today, one guy passing just hailed me and said “I like your physique bro, you look good”. I couldn’t help but laugh cause i know 5 years ago, these compliments would’ve been impossible to come by.
