What a wonderful thing to happen 20 years later. Winamp on Raspberry Pi OS would be a nice compliment to pre-packager VLC player. I also hope to see the Winamp engine repurposed to play on-chain music. Could lead to becoming the backbone of a new kind of iTunes music store.

Feedback welcome: My 6-year-old wants a Nintendo Switch, but I think he鈥檚 too young. Instead, I鈥檓 giving him a RetroPi and requiring he completes two flashcard-sized lessons in Scratch before playing. It may sound tough, but he鈥檚 excelling in Scratch and we鈥檙e bonding over gaming terms like side scrollers.

Took a few days to figure out how to install RetroPi on (still) unsupported Raspberry Pi 5. Final verdict, the experience is awesome. Pair it with an 8Bit controller and its pure gaming bliss.

My true reason for messing with a Raspberry Pi 5 is now revealed! It took a lot of work to get this going but I鈥檓 so happy to be playing Starfox and Mario鈥檚 6 Golden Coins in high resolution.

I ended up writing an article on how to install Swift via Docker and create an Apple Shortcut using the #OpenJelly framework. Check it out here: https://www.jellycuts.com/install-swift-on-raspberrypi/?ref=warpcast.com

The #OpenJelly open-source initiative is now live and well. To prove that its fully open, I wrote an article showing how to create and compile a Shortcut using a Raspberry Pi. https://www.jellycuts.com/install-swift-on-raspberrypi/

It works really well once you set it up to be Apple ANSI. The only extra modification I made was to swap CTRL with CMD. I prefer using my thumb to cut, copy, paste over pinky finger.

lol. they both work. your right, on-chain dating is going to change everything. Netflix shows will be created from the stories of on-chain jealousy and revenge.
