Yes you activate it and it’s activated for three weeks and can’t play other chips. You can transfer players & ass managers when it’s activated. 

But same transfer rules as players. So -4 etc if you use more than your free transfers.

How does it work? You set the chip choose 1 & have three weeks in play. Transfer like players but for other managers??
