I’m always for giving Potter another try, he did some witchery shit in Sweden which was an incredible feat. 

And absolutely you can always recruit a manager from a smaller club but I still believe some are unproven. But I see what you mean and agree when you see their energy from spurs they need change.

but you don't even need a manager out of a job. why not just go to a manager proving himself at a smaller club, say andoni iraola at bournemouth, and just pay his release clause?
