Additionally, paying grants upfront is something that I actually don't like anymore. Either retroactive or in installments. But to be fair, this point is my mistake and I should have paid more attention to it while reading the prop.

It feels like a revamp of a mission statements for purple and not a whole strategy. On top, it will only be a guide for purple and nothing that will be executed on. Hence, 5 eth is way too much for something that will not help purple and farcaster that much.
