GM family. let's talk about.. Religion vs Science If you think about it, both scientific and religious theories about the origin of the universe agree on one thing — both run into something that cannot be proven. Religion talks about God, who created the world. Science is about the Big Bang, which appeared “out of nothing.” Both require faith. The belief that there was something beyond our understanding. Belief in the supernatural. That is, if you remove all unnecessary things, it's practically the same thing. An atheist believes in the power of chance and the laws of nature. The believer believes in a higher purpose. But both are faced with the same thing: the moment when rational explanations run out, and it remains only to accept the unknown. In this sense, an atheist and a deeply religious person are not opposites. They just chose different answers to the same question. I am deeply convinced that the truth is somewhere in between and people are not even close to it.
