Consumers love products that seem easy to use, but promoting simplicity can backfire. When issues arise, expectations of perfection lead to greater frustration. It's interesting because that's what's happening to one of my customers. In the end, by oversimplifying a payment system, salespeople lose credibility when they end up tailoring the service to the customer's needs.
