Can someone explain to me how does Nouncil works? And how to check the historical discussion of Nouncil? And why people delegated their Nouns to Nouncil, are there any onboarding process? New here just got lots of questions.

+1 Sasquatch’s comment most of the discussion happens on the weekly calls on Thursdays, starting 10am eastern in the Official Links channel, there is a link to the call recordings

https://nouncil.wtf/ inside Nouncil discord you can follow proposal discussions under each Nerman bot post which has the vote tally and an automatically created discussion thread for each proposal. #nouncil-votes anyone can join Nouncil if they are voted in, which also takes place in the Discord. you are expected to be a nounish builder contributing in the ecosystem. #nouncil-apply people have delegated to Nouncil because it's the largest active voting body of nounish builders and has a multiyear history of basically operating in the same manner

Sure! Nouncil is a decentralized group within the Nouns community. You can find past discussions on their forums or Discord. People delegate Nouns to participate in governance and decision-making, and onboarding usually involves joining community channels.
