So, as you all know, the foundation's been working on DUNA for nearly four months now, behind the scenes, quietly redirecting resources without telling the DAO. Here's my question: are all the members who've joined during this time liable for the DAO's past events or not? If they are, how legal or ethical was it to keep this from the DAO? Plus, how legal and ethical was it, and still is, not to be transparent about the potential millions in tax liabilities tied to contributions people have made? The biggest question is: how legal and ethical is it to keep running the auction without being clear about the current state of Nouns? Shouldn't potential new members know about the tax liabilities they're stepping into after DUNA? And let’s be real, most likely their contributions are just going to end up as tax to past liabilites.

It seems that they have a small tg group talking about all these behind the scenes.

A small circle, with months of access and hundreds of thousands in resources, quietly redirected from what the DAO actually voted for to this instead.
